Moti Mahal Delux is the brainchild of Kundan Lal Gujral and is the most well-established restaurant chain that any Indian would identify with.
With a legacy spanning the times of independence and with a host of dignitaries having praised the brand since the past many decades, it comes as no surprise that Moti Mahal is able to sustain itself in an ever-so-dynamic F&B space.
I paid a visit to their outlet positioned in the food court of TGIP, Noida post a tiring shopping spree, and in the mood for some authentic North Indian preparations.
The outlet has been designed in brown hues, with elements reflecting a Mughal vibe.
Here's what are the most iconic delicacies to be relished whenever you pay a visit to Moti Mahal Delux.
Beverages:
Moti Mahal is essentially a place that wows patrons with its classic preparations, and same is the case with beverages wherein the simplistic, humble, old-fashioned beverages are available.
Mango Lassi
Jaljeera with a multitude of Boondi floating on top.
Appetizers:
In order to relish the best of what Moti Mahal had to offer, I went ahead with their platters.
If you too want a considerable variety of delicacies at your disposal, do opt for the veg or non-veg variants.
Main Course:
Being at Moti Mahal and not tasting their in-house specials, Butter Chicken and Paneer Makhani would be a cardinal sin.
With Malai Kofta and Dal Panchrangi to go along, and not to forget the Missi Roti and Pudina Parantha, we were good to go.
The perfect conclusion to the meal came in the form of warm Gulab Jamun and assorted ice-creams.
Moti Mahal Delux continues to be a favorite when it comes to relishing the original recipes for iconic North Indian delicacies, curated by Mr. Gujral, once upon a time. :)
